Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:

After Shipping:
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item according to our return policy.

- Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from MJ Emporium. Items purchased through third-party sellers or other platforms are not eligible for refunds through us.

- Return the Item: You may be required to return the item to our return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
